Job description
Join our growing team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality web applications across browsers and devices. This hands-on position involves designing and executing manual tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria. With a focus on continuous improvement and industry best practices, you'll contribute to delivering seamless digital experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manual QA experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for detail and quality.
Essential responsibilities:
Design and execute functional and regression tests to ensure product quality across different browsers and devices
Define and document test cases and test scenarios
Work with project teams and customers to clearly understand the application requirements and functionality, help determine test cases and acceptance criteria
Participate in test planning and estimation activities
Identify, document, and report bugs and errors to development teams using bug tracking system (DevOps)
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing best practices
Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in manual testing to ensure we’re using the most efficient and effective testing strategies

Job requirements
Mandatory requirements
3+ Years of Experience in Manual QA
Proven hands-on experience in manual testing of Web applications
Experience with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., web monitoring tools for accessibility, SEO, performance, code quality)
Ability to write and execute acceptance tests and test cases
Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development cycle
Good understanding of defect triage process
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Analyse user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
Strong organisational skills
Able to communicate effectively in English

Good to have
Exposure to automation testing (Cypress, Percy)
Experience in Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
Understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Knowledge of Gherkin language
