Join our growing team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality web applications across browsers and devices. This hands-on position involves designing and executing manual tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria. With a focus on continuous improvement and industry best practices, you'll contribute to delivering seamless digital experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manual QA experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for detail and quality.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Design and execute functional and regression tests to ensure product quality across different browsers and devices

  • Define and document test cases and test scenarios

  • Work with project teams and customers to clearly understand the application requirements and functionality, help determine test cases and acceptance criteria

  • Participate in test planning and estimation activities

  • Identify, document, and report bugs and errors to development teams using bug tracking system (DevOps)

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing best practices

  • Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in manual testing to ensure we’re using the most efficient and effective testing strategies

Job requirements

Mandatory requirements

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Manual QA

  • Proven hands-on experience in manual testing of Web applications

  • Experience with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., web monitoring tools for accessibility, SEO, performance, code quality)

  • Ability to write and execute acceptance tests and test cases

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development cycle

  • Good understanding of defect triage process

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Analyse user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Able to communicate effectively in English

Good to have

  • Exposure to automation testing (Cypress, Percy)

  • Experience in Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)

  • Understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

  • Knowledge of Gherkin language
